Can Magic Coach Sean Sweeney Fix Orlando’s Shooting Woes?
Can the Orlando Magic turn their season around with new coach Sean Sweeney at the helm? The team's biggest problem is its inability to shoot, and Sweeney's task is to fix this issue. Despite working with some of the NBA's top players, Sweeney's challenge is amplified by the fact that Orlando's biggest stars, Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner, are not reliable shooters. Banchero's streakiness and Wagner's struggles from beyond the arc have plagued the team for years, and Sweeney's success will depend on how he can get more out of these players. One potential solution is to give Desmond Bane more 3-point attempts, but even that may not be enough to solve the Magic's shooting woes. With so much on the line, Sweeney's ability to adapt and make the most of the roster he has will be put to the test.
